Use of Information

We safeguard restricted or confidential information. We take appropriate steps to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all communicated information about our client’s policies and practices. We investigate the accuracy and source of information before allowing it to be used by our clients in either business transactions or in employment related decisions. We take appropriate steps to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all communicated information used in the training sessions we provide.

Conflict of Interest

We protect the interests of our stakeholders and never engage in activities that create actual, apparent, or potential conflicts of interest. We never bribe. We refuse compensations for the business others may obtain from our clients. We avoid activities that are in conflict with any of the provisions of this Code. We refrain from using our position for personal, material or financial gain or the appearance of such; and from giving or seeking preferential treatment in any business process. We prioritize our obligation to identify conflicts of interest or the appearance thereof; and when conflicts arise, we disclose them punctually to relevant stakeholders.
